Booking Process

Submit Your Travel Preferences:
After completing the booking form, your travel agent, Sikedra, will research and design a custom travel itinerary proposal based on your preferences. -
Receive Your Proposal:
Your personalized proposal will be emailed within 5-7 business days. Please be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folders. You will have 30 days from receipt of your package options to book before an additional service charge applies. -
Confirm Your Package:
Once you’ve selected your preferred package and are ready to submit your deposit, simply reply to the proposal email.
Sikedra will then contact you to confirm your package choice. -
Traveler Updates and Forms:
Each traveler will receive contact information updates and travel insurance forms within 2 business days. -
Invoices and Payments:
Invoices for deposits and subsequent payments will be sent to each traveler (unless otherwise requested).
Please note: Payments must be made by debit or credit card. We do not accept Cash App, Zelle, or other peer-to-peer payment methods. -
Booking Confirmation:
Once deposits are paid, you will receive an email confirmation—voila! Your trip is officially booked. -
Payment Schedule:
You are welcome to make payments on your trip balance until the final payment due date, which will be clearly noted on your invoice. -
Pre-Departure Documents:
Approximately 2-3 weeks before departure, you will receive all your travel documents and essential information. -
Enjoy Your Vacation:
Then it’s time to go! Don’t forget to share your amazing vacation photos afterward — I love to hear all about your adventures!
Booking Policies
Please ensure that you provide the most accurate information possible when submitting your inquiry.

Quote Modifications:

After receiving a quote, you may request one modification free of charge. This includes changes such as dates, locations, or hotel/resort options.

Any additional modifications will incur a $30 fee per change. Please consult with your party carefully before submitting your form to avoid extra fees.
Post-Booking Changes:

After booking, any changes to your trip (dates, number of travelers, destination, flights, accommodations, etc.) will be subject to a $30 change fee per modification, charged by What A Trip! Travels.

Additional fees may also apply from the airline, resort, or other suppliers.
Payments:

Deposits are due at booking.

Final payments are typically due 32-35 days prior to travel. If your travel date is within 30-45 days, full payment will be required at booking.

Failure to communicate or pay your deposit or final payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking and a $45 rebooking fee.
Planning Fees:

All planning fees are final and non-refundable.

If you choose to book elsewhere, discontinue the planning process, or cancel your trip, the planning fee will be retained.
Cancellation Vouchers:

If you cancel your trip and receive a travel voucher, future bookings must be made through What A Trip! Travels to redeem the voucher.
Deposits for All Travelers:

All travelers must pay their deposit within 7 business days after your initial deposit payment to cover their spots, unless otherwise discussed.

Cancellation Fee Policy:
A cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply to all canceled bookings.
However, if travelers purchase travel insurance, the cancellation fee will be waived.
This policy helps cover administrative costs and non-refundable expenses while providing peace of mind for insured travelers.
