Why do I need a travel agent? I can book my own trip!​
Trust me, I know! Having a travel agent is like having VIP access to the best deals and services. I take care of all of the payments, travel requirements, accommodations, etc. It's easier being the boss, I promise! Just let me know your needs, and I do my best to bundle everything to meet your expectations!

This package is for individuals who only have their dates, location, and budget in mind. I will create a proposal for you with 3-4 resort options and flight information within your budget.

If you have seen a package posted on our Instagram or Deals page​, you may book this deal. You may alter the dates, travelers, or room type, however, the price of the package may change.

Custom Cruise
This package is for those who'd like to embark on a cruise vacation. This is a low budget option for you to visit other countries within 1 trip. You are only required to have your U.S. birth certificate and state ID. No passport is necessary, but may be used in place of the birth certificate and ID. You will cruise to each country, and enjoy a 6-8+ hours in each port throughout the day and get back on the cruise ship to sleep and sail to the next port.

This package is for individuals who only have their dates, location, and budget in mind. I will create a proposal for you with 3-4 resort options and flight information within your budget. You will have a group booking page to share with your friends to book individually! I only handle the travel portion.

Is there a fee for your services?
​Yes! There is a one-time Getaway Research Fee that will be paid each time you inquire about a getaway! This secures your spot and assures that your experience will be a priority! Decide on a package and book here.

What do your packages include?
It is subject to the type of service you want! Most packages include flight + accommodations, while others may be just be one or the other!​ Decide on a package here!

Do you plan group trips?
Absolutely! It is actually my favorite type of trip! I will handle all of the payments, reservations, etc. The trip hosts just need to give the traveler's info and they are done after that!

Do you only book the deals on your Instagram?
NOPE! We can customize a deal to fit your travel dates, destination, etc.
Booking
What is the booking process?
The booking process can be found within the booking form or here.

When will I get my flight information and information on what to do when I travel?
You will receive an confirmation attached to your invoice with the details of your vacation 2-3 weeks before your vacation, you will receive your travel documents which will email your entire vacation.

What if I'm ready to pay, but my roommate isn't?
You may pay your deposit, but your balance will reflect the current booking total until the other traveler I added. There is no guarantee that the new traveler will be able to secure the same price once they are ready to pay. You have 30 days from receipt of the proposal email to book before an additional service charge is added.

What if I will have to cancel?
You will either pay cancel fees or receive your money on a voucher for future travel with What A Trip! Travels. It will only be used for a vacation package (hotel only or hotel + flight) and cannot be used for Delta flights only. Cancel fees will be listed on your confirmation.

Payments
How are payments set up?
You will pay your deposit via an invoice when you are ready to book. Afterwards, you will have up until 32-35 days before departure to pay your package off as long as it is paid by the due date. The date will be listed on your invoice.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Delta Giftcards! There will be no Zelle, PayPal, Cash App transactions to travel agent to satisfy payment requirements.

Will my payments be processed by What A Trip! Travels?
Not directly, no! You will pay via a secure invoice and we will pay the vacation supplier (Delta Vacations, American Airlines Vacations, etc.) through manual submission! No worries, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email after payment submission!

Will I pay anything at the hotel or resort?
You may have to give your card information at check-in for an incidentals hold. It is at the discretion of the hotel.
